looking back, moving forward

I’m still embracing a new year is upon us.

I have so many memories–the wonderful, exciting, special, the painful, and challenging alike– from a full year of life and learning and family.  I feel so grateful for this space to share these moments with you day to day, year to year.  Here’s to the year 2012…

2012

May your new year bring peace.  May you work hard to live the life you’ve dreamed of.  May you conquer your fears and doubts and live fully.

May you live boldly.

The melted crayons crack me up! – I tried doing one cookie cutter a several months back and ended up with the same results. That’s when I decided to wrap the bottom of the remaining cookie cutters with aluminum.

Blessings this new year to you and your family.

Yes, the foil idea would work well, wouldn’t it??

Yes, it works well :) . Just make sure it covers the entire bottom of the cutter, and that there is enough foil to go up the sides of the cutter to be “tucked”/wrapped around the top part of it. That way, the foil is secure and no wax can ooze out. Hope that makes sense!…. http://lifespearlmoments.blogspot.com/2011/12/creative-colorful-crayons.html

Beautiful, beautiful post! I have been overwhelmed this year with wanting to do a “year in review,” but the task seemed too daunting for now. I love this brief, lovely look back. Happy New Year to your family!
